Every so often my job reminds me of how thankful I am for the life I've been given. The 2014 Shop With a Cop charity event allowed 165 Indian River County children the opportunity to buy Christmas gifts for themselves and their families at Walmart in Sebastian. Each child is paired with a member of local law enforcement, fed dinner and given a $100 gift card.
